I am looking for a Teamlead Quality & Industrialisation to lead a multidisciplinary team within a high-tech production environment. The role combines people management with strategic oversight on product quality and manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for driving performance, development, and continuous improvement across the team.

Your responsibilities
As Teamlead Quality & Industrialisation, you will lead a team of Quality Engineers and Industrialisation specialists. Your main responsibility is to ensure team performance, development, and alignment with business goals. You will coach and support team members, while also taking ownership of key HR responsibilities such as performance management.

In addition, you will maintain a strategic overview of product quality across a broad portfolio. You will identify key improvement areas, define priorities, and ensure the right resources are allocated to critical projects. This role requires a strong balance between people management and technical insight.

You will act as the main point of contact for quality and industrialisation within the business line, ensuring alignment with production and other stakeholders. The role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to manage resistance and drive change in a complex and sometimes challenging environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Industrialisation
  • Proven leadership experience with HR responsibilities
  • Ability to manage and develop a team
  • Experience with stakeholder management at multiple levels
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English
  • Strong analytical skills, practical, strategic thinking, people skills
