Job Description

As a Packaging Technologist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary R&D team and work closely with specialists in product development and packaging. You will be involved in innovation and improvement projects, collaborating with various internal departments as well as external partners. You will play a key role in developing future-proof packaging solutions and will be able to independently manage projects from start to finish.
 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve packaging concepts, materials, and processes

  • Conduct and coordinate testing activities

  • Implement new packaging solutions and drive changes within the production environment

  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Ensure compliance with European legislation and regulations
     

Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Packaging, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within FMCG, food, or plastics processing

  • Experience with packaging development, materials (especially plastics), machinery, and processes

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Strong communication skills and able to confidently operate within a production environment

  • Results-driven, independent, curious, and strong in project management (able to manage multiple projects simultaneously)
