Are you an experienced Quality Engineer looking to make an impact in a high-tech and innovative environment? For an international technology company in the Eindhoven area, I am looking for a professional who can elevate quality standards. In this role, you will play a key part in improving products, processes, and stakeholder collaboration.

What will you do?
As a Quality Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring and continuously improving quality throughout the entire product life cycle, from development and prototyping to series production and end-of-life. You act as the critical voice of quality within project teams, translating customer requirements into clear internal processes and standards.

You work closely with internal and external stakeholders, leading quality discussions and challenging teams to continuously improve. By analyzing data and trends, you identify structural improvement opportunities and take ownership of implementation. You support product and process design decisions by providing clear insights into risks and performance, and you lead root cause analyses for quality issues.
Additionally, you coach teams on quality tools and methodologies, contributing to a culture where prevention is prioritized over correction

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role, preferably within high-tech or manufacturing environments
  • Proven experience with quality methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, continuous improvement)
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive, critical mindset
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
