For one of my clients in the medical devices industry, I’m currently looking for a Quality Coordinator. This role entails full administrative management of the internal CAPA process and handling customer complaints according to established procedures and legal requirements. It also involves contributing to research and process improvement activities under the guidance of your teamleader. Job Description:

• Manage the internal CAPA process, including collecting essential information and data, ensuring alignment with quality standards, and optimizing processes
• Coordinate with colleagues to communicate quality issues and determine follow-up activities
• Evaluate completed investigations and thoroughly document actions for continuous process improvement
• Support process improvement initiatives such as root cause analysis and implementing process improvements
• Maintain customer contact for assigned CAPAs and interact with teams abroad. 

Profile:

• Secondary vocational education (MBO-level)
• Preferably experience with Root Cause Analysis 
• Strong team player
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret SOPs and legal standards
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
